Gammon focuses his practice on litigating defamation and business tort cases before courts and arbitral tribunals, as well as advising clients on crisis management matters. Gammon has hands-on experience in all stages of litigation from inception through resolution, including leading roles at trial, in depositions, in settlement negotiations, and through discovery in complex litigation.
In representing and advising clients at MWPP, Gammon combines his background and training in strategic communications with his legal experience to develop tailored solutions that serve his clients and their goals both inside and outside the courtroom.
Before joining MWPP, Gammon worked as an associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm based in Washington, DC, where he represented some of the world’s leading businesses as part of the firm’s commercial litigation, consumer finance, and international disputes teams. Gammon began his career as a two-year law clerk to Judge David L. Bunning in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky at Covington.
Gammon is a proud native of Berea, Kentucky. Beyond practicing law, he enjoys cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats, traveling, cooking, spending time with his family, and appreciating the food and drink scene in Washington, DC.
