Elizabeth’s practice focuses on defamation, business torts, and reputation management.  She has experience across all stages of litigation, including discovery and motions practice.  Drawing on her background leading internal investigations, Elizabeth develops strategic approaches to litigation and other matters involving reputational risk. 

Before joining MWPP, Elizabeth worked as an associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm as part of its global investigations and government litigation practices.  Elizabeth graduated cum laude from William & Mary Law School in 2022.
