Brittany Wilson-Sey oversees strategic planning, business operations, and client engagement at MWPP. She brings over 15 years of leadership experience, including building and scaling operations from the ground up. Her experience spans financial management, human resources, technology and infrastructure implementation, and oversight of administrative staff. She has also managed major client onboardings, implemented process improvements, and coordinated with external vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Brittany has held senior leadership roles where she provided high-level strategic support to firm leadership, analyzing operational data and making recommendations to drive growth and efficiency. She is passionate about supporting women’s health, fertility, and reproductive wellness.

A committed mentor and community advocate, Brittany has been a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated since 2007, supporting youth development, women’s initiatives, and community outreach.
