Yuga Labs To Recover $1.6M After Bored Ape NFT Win

A federal court in California has awarded Meier Watkins client Yuga Labs nearly $1.6 million, a permanent injunction, and attorneys’ fees for willful trademark infringement of the company’s Bored Ape Yacht Club collection. Meier Watkins attorneys Megan L. Meier and Mark Thomson represent Yuga Labs along with lead counsel, Fenwick & West LLP.
