The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that Romain was repeatedly sexually assaulted and subjected to racist abuse by teammates while playing on the varsity team. The complaint further alleges that school officials were aware of serious misconduct within the program but failed to take appropriate action to protect students.
