Devin K. Bolger

Associate

Devin’s practice focuses on defamation, business torts, and reputation management. He has litigated and successfully resolved defamation claims on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving commercial disparagement on social media, defamatory mailings, and a yearslong multimedia smear campaign that reached millions of radio listeners and billboard viewers.  Devin is experienced in each phase of litigation, from drafting pleadings and managing discovery to examining witnesses at trial and briefing appeals.  In his most recent high-stakes case, Devin second-chaired a trial team that secured a $30.75 million judgment.

Devin has also represented businesses, non-profits, universities, and individuals in commercial disputes and catastrophic loss cases.  Some of his matters have received national press coverage.  In those instances, Devin has carefully guarded the reputational interests of his clients, advising them on responses to media inquiries and negotiating settlements that included public statements and non-disparagement terms.
